When it comes to Grand Touring, equipment needs to be comfortable, protective and reliable in all circumstances, given the variety of climatic conditions encountered on long-distance road trips, and the number of hours spent at the handlebars! That's why we've devoted several years to perfecting our premium Touring glove, GT1 EVO GTX, and equipped it with a host of innovations.

Consisting of a superior structure combining stretch nylon and Syntech Skin™, as tough as leather, and a comfortable palm in full-grain natural goat's leather, it incorporates many premium components.

In our opinion, a Touring glove should be wearable from spring through to autumn, when the urge to travel is strongest (we also offer a complete range of winter gloves for the cold season).

It also needs to be waterproof, as downpours are not limited to a particular season, and breathable so that it can be worn in mild temperatures (even if it's not a summer glove, of course).

That's why we've equipped the GT1 EVO GTX with a Gore-Tex® Grip membrane. This membrane is integral with the palm, providing a perfect grip on the grips without the slippery feel of other membranes. This is a first for a glove that also benefits from...

Because, in grand touring mode, when you're traveling far and wide, even in the summer season, the days can start early and finish late, just when temperatures are getting cooler. That's why we've integrated lightweight, water-repellent Primaloft® 80gr Gold Cross Core Aerogel™ thermal insulation on the top of the hand. An insulating material combining Primaloft® know-how and Aerogel™ (developed by NASA for aerospace applications) and used in the finest outdoor sports equipment.

The safety aspect also benefits from a major innovation and technical partnership. The GT1 EVO GTX's protective shells are made from D3O®. An innovative soft material that hardens on impact, cushions like no other, and sets new standards! The innovation lies in the fact that we combine D3O® technology with the specific ergonomic design of our FIVE Ergo Protech™ honeycomb shells, in place of the standard shells found among our competitors. A first for FIVE and for D3O®! D3O® elements can also be found in various strategic locations, such as on the inside of the hand, on the hypothenar (under a layer of highly abrasion-resistant Superfabric®), on the finger phalanges, and even on the forearm! This complete D3O® system makes the GT1 EVO GTX one of the most protective gloves in its class.

In addition to protection against the elements and falls, our premium Touring model also boasts all the passive safety and comfort features you could wish for. Such as the countless retro-reflective dots and patches covering its upper surface, offering increased visibility in the headlights of other vehicles, at night. Or the Over Size Cuff System™, which allows the volume of the cuff to be adjusted, so that it can be arranged either on or under the jacket sleeve. And, to wipe your screen in the rain while riding, a preformed Wiper Blade™ flexible squeegee has been integrated into the index finger of the left hand. Let's not forget the Touch Screen™ system on the thumb and forefinger, enabling zooming on a touchscreen without removing the glove. Handy when you want to take photos from a vantage point offering an attractive panorama.

The GT1 EVO GTX offers just about everything you'd expect from a modern, top-of-the-range Grand Touring glove.
