Description

The SF1 has established itself as the "short racing glove" par excellence. Perfectly suited to roadsters, sports bikes and supermotards. Now it's time for the SF1 EVO, in what turns out to be much more than a simple evolution. The SF1 was born of a simple idea: to offer the best possible glove to our official supermotard riders. In other words, a glove with all the features of our best track gloves, but with a short cuff for even greater mobility on dirt sections. The result: the SF1 has won no fewer than 14 Supermoto World Championship titles, 8 of them in the hands of Thomas CHAREYRE alone! But the features of this model have won it over far beyond this discipline, making it the ideal glove for many sports machine enthusiasts, whether they're streamlined or not. They appreciate the glove's compact size, its sharp, compact design, its robustness and, last but not least, its performance orientation.

Quite logically, the design of the SF1 EVO is derived from our new generation of Racing gloves, and in particular the RFX1 EVO, from which it takes its general look, at least up to the wrist. It combines an upper structure in Syntech Skin™, a modern material offering superior qualities to natural leather in terms of abrasion and cut resistance, with an ultra-soft goat leather palm for the most precise and comfortable handlebar feel.

When riding a high-powered roadster, precision is essential, but it must be accompanied by top-level protection. Every protective element is therefore judiciously designed and arranged. Starting with the new AirGo PROTECH™ shells. Inspired by helmet technology, they incorporate a rigid outer shell to resist impact and a flexible honeycomb inner element to absorb impact energy and promote airflow. The metacarpals are also protected at the top by a honeycomb TPU element designed to limit the consequences of impact. The palm also features an ERGO PROTECH® honeycomb shell. The wrist and forearm are protected by an all-new TPR Cuff Slider™.

Like a roadster that keeps only the essentials, the SF1 EVO's short-cuff design offers its rider the essentials of a high-performance glove. It's the perfect glove for serious riders who want to limit the risks of a crash, while still getting the most out of their ride.
